Hull: City of Culture 2017

Footage of a test run for “Made in Hull”. The film was made to launch the Hull UK City of Culture and is a celebration of the city and its heritage. It was shown in Queen Victoria Square in the city centre with images projected onto a number of buildings. Over the course of 7 nights it attracted more than 340,000 visitors!

Campus

Our summer school takes place at the University of Hull’s Lawns Campus, a landscaped campus surrounded by trees and with large open green spaces and playing fields. This compact campus has six comfortable halls of residence built around ‘The Lawns Centre’, which is the hub of student life on campus. The Lawns Centre has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme and offers good quality dining and social spaces for our young learners to meet, socialise and relax in.
